Todays standard best yeast, fast, clean and 235g of fermenting power for 6-8Kg of sugar.
For 5 days fermenting.
First add 21L of water at 40°c to your fermenter.
Add 6kgs of sugar (for 14% alcohol in 48hrs), or 8kgs of sugar (for 20% alcohol in 5 days) and mix until dissolved.
Finally add contents of the Ultra 8 Turbo Yeast sachet and stir for 1 min.
Leave to ferment at 20-32°c.
Ready in 5 days!
