Todays standard best yeast, fast, clean and 235g of fermenting power for 6-8Kg of sugar.
For 48 hour fermenting.
First add 15L of water at 25°c to your fermenter then add sugar and mix well.
Top up with water to 25L.
Finally add contents of the Alcotec 48 Hour Turbo Yeast sachet.
Note: Do not use an airlock.
Leave to ferment at 18-24°c.
Ready in 48 hours!
