Alcotec Clear 24 Turbo Klar

Alcotec Clear 24 Turbo Klar is a two-part kieselsol and chitosan fining system for settling yeast and suspended material from a completed wash. One Part A and Part B pack treats up to 25L and is designed to clear in approximately 24 hours.

How to use it

1. Confirm fermentation is complete, then degas thoroughly by stirring and resting until bubbles are no longer released.
2. Add Part A and stir for one minute.
3. Leave for one hour, gently stir, then add Part B.
4. Stop stirring and leave undisturbed for approximately 24 hours before carefully transferring or distilling.

Compatible alternatives

Pure Distilling Crystal Clear and Still Spirits Turbo Clear are alternative two-part clearing products. Use one clearing system per wash and follow that product’s own directions.

• Alcotec 24 Hour Turbo Yeast – the fastest 6kg sugar-wash option under suitable conditions.
• Alcotec 48 Hour Turbo Yeast – offers separate 6kg fast and 8kg slower methods.
• Alcotec 48 Hour Turbo Yeast With Carbon – includes activated carbon in the fermentation blend.
• Alcotec Turbo 6 Yeast – a 6–7kg, approximately three-day option.

Clear only after fermentation is complete and the wash has been properly degassed. Use one clearing system and follow its own directions.
