• Clean neutral spirit: A reflux setup such as the Still Spirits CREATE+ T500 Pro Distilling System is designed for producing high-purity neutral spirit for vodka-style drinks and flavour essences.
• Flavour-forward spirits: The Pure Distilling Alembic Distilling System uses a copper dome and pot condenser to retain more character from grain, fruit or molasses washes.
• Larger and flexible setups: The Essencia Express 50L Copper Reflux & Pot Still can be configured for both neutral and flavour-forward distilling.
