Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Condenser

The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Condenser is a copper pot-style condenser for retaining flavour and aroma when producing hydrosols, distilled water or flavourful spirits. It uses a 2-inch tri-clamp connection.

Compatibility

It pairs directly with the Create+ Boiler 25L or a compatible Grainfather G30 arrangement. Grainfather G40 and G70 systems require the appropriate distilling lid and attachment; confirm every component before ordering.

Included and safety

Tap adaptors are included and the product carries the supplier’s three-year warranty. This is intermediate-to-advanced equipment: operate only with correct cooling-water flow, ventilation and supervision, follow the full manufacturer instructions, and comply with New Zealand law.
