Distilling Equipment

Distilling equipment includes the supporting tools needed to ferment a wash, operate a still, measure the result, collect spirit and maintain or expand an existing system. Many replacement parts and upgrades are model-specific, so identify your still brand and model before ordering.

Building or maintaining your setup

• Starting with an Air Still: The Air Still Essentials Distillation Kit contains fermentation, measuring, filtering and flavouring equipment, but does not include the Air Still itself.
• Measuring distilled spirit: Use an alcometer for distilled spirits, following its stated calibration temperature. It serves a different purpose from a wash hydrometer.
• Cooling-water control: The CREATE+ Water Flow Regulator helps stabilise cooling flow for compatible T500 and similar cooling-management reflux systems.
• Replacement parts and upgrades: Match clamps, seals, lids, sensors, tubing, baskets and adapters to the exact equipment model. If you still need the main system, compare our stills and distilling systems; for spirit-polishing equipment, visit spirit filtering.

A complete setup may also require a fermenter, suitable yeast and nutrients, collection vessels and cleaning products. Read the main still instructions first, then use their parts list to avoid buying components that duplicate items already included in a kit.
