Vintner’s Harvest Wine Nutrient – 100g

Vintner’s Harvest Wine Nutrient supplies support for yeast during wine fermentation, helping reduce sluggish performance and the risk of residual sugar caused by an incomplete ferment. It is especially useful in musts that are naturally low in available nutrients.

Dosage

For low-fruit or concentrate-based table wines where rapid fermentation is wanted, use 24–30g per 23L. Other musts may require a different rate, so follow your recipe and the pack directions rather than assuming one dose suits every wine.

Choose a yeast suited to your wine style. For aromatic sweet white, rosé and fruit wines, Vintner’s Harvest CY17 is one compatible option.

Compare the separate 100g DAP wine nutrient, or choose a smaller 5g pack or 23.5g nutrient complex where its stated format suits the batch.
