Top Shelf Kentucky Bourbon

Create a Kentucky bourbon-style spirit with complex sweet fruit and rich, rounded character. Still Spirits Top Shelf Kentucky Bourbon is a 50ml flavouring made in New Zealand.

Mixing instructions

Shake well, then add the full bottle to 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. This makes three 750ml bottles.

What else you will need

• 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.

Helpful additions

• For extra oak character, mature to taste with Essencia Bourbon Barrel Chips – 100g.
• PET Spirit Bottle & Cap – 750ml provides a convenient bottle for the finished spirit.

Ingredients: natural flavouring, stabiliser (E422), water, flavourings and colour (E150a).
