Essencia Bourbon Barrel Chips are cut from freshly emptied, bourbon-soaked American white-oak barrels that previously aged bourbon in Kentucky.
How to use
- Pack size: 100g
- Suggested dosage: 10–25g per litre of 40% ABV spirit
- Contact time: Around ten days, adjusted to taste
Taste regularly during soaking and filter the spirit after removing the chips. Oak intensity varies, so begin conservatively.
