Top Shelf Creme de Menthe

Still Spirits Top Shelf Crème de Menthe creates a green peppermint liqueur with a clean, creamy and refreshing mint character. Combine it with neutral spirit or vodka and the matching liqueur base for the intended sweetness and texture.

What else you will need

Use one 50 ml bottle with Top Shelf Liqueur Base A and 760 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Prepare the base as directed, add the flavouring and spirit, then top up with water to 1.125 litres.

Alternative base method

The supplier’s alternative uses 200 ml sugar and 100 ml liquid glucose, topped up with water to 1.125 litres. Base A provides the simplest route to the intended body.
