Top Shelf Dry Vermouth

An Italian-style dry vermouth flavouring that can be prepared with neutral spirit or a dry white-wine base.

Choose the method

• Spirit method: combine with 450ml of 40% ABV neutral alcohol and 625ml water.
• Wine method: use 150ml of 40% alcohol and replace the water with 925ml dry white wine.

Mix thoroughly, chill and rest before serving. Refrigerate the wine-based version and treat it as a fortified wine once opened.
