A rich rum-and-coffee liqueur flavouring for making 1.125 litres of finished liqueur.

What else you will need

Combine the flavouring with 650 ml of 40% ABV neutral alcohol and a prepared pack of Top Shelf Liqueur Base A, then top up to 1.125 litres with water. Mix well and allow the flavour to settle before serving.

For a rum-led alternative with chocolate, caramel and coffee notes, compare Top Shelf Rum Liqueur. Coffee Maria uses Liqueur Base A and 650 ml of 40% neutral spirit; Rum Liqueur uses Base C and 550 ml. Both make 1.125 litres. Follow the selected bottle and base directions.
