Top Shelf Coconut Rum

Still Spirits Top Shelf Coconut Rum is a sweet liqueur-style flavouring with a white-rum base and prominent coconut character.

What else you will need

• One Top Shelf Liqueur Base B, prepared as directed
• 620ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka
• Water for topping up

How to mix

Shake the flavouring well, combine it with the prepared Base B and 620ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka, then top up to 1.125L with water and mix thoroughly.

Alternative coconut rum liqueur essence

• Edwards Coconut Rum makes approximately 1.4 litres using 850ml of spirit, sugar or syrup and water. It does not use this Top Shelf Liqueur Base B recipe, so follow the selected product’s instructions.
