Top Shelf Aussie Gold Rum

Still Spirits Top Shelf Aussie Gold Rum is an Australian gold rum-style flavouring with distinctive sweet golden molasses notes. It is designed to be mixed into a clean neutral base.

How to mix

1. Shake the 50ml bottle well.
2. Add the contents to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
3. Mix thoroughly and bottle.

Makes three 750ml bottles. Letting the mixed spirit rest before serving helps the molasses character settle into the base.
