How to use Southern Cross

This dual-purpose variety can provide smooth bittering in lagers and ales, then citrus-and-spice character in late additions. Its alpha acid is commonly high, but calculate from the exact figure printed on the current pack. Sorachi Ace or Northern Brewer may substitute in some recipes, although neither is an exact match.
