How to use Waimea

This dual-purpose hop suits IPA, pale ale, APA and American IPA recipes in bittering, late-kettle or dry-hop additions. Pacific Jade may substitute in some recipes, although the aroma will differ. Calculate bittering from the alpha-acid figure on the current pack.
