Dr Rudi NZ Hops – 100g

Dr Rudi is a New Zealand dual-purpose hop bringing grass, pine and lemongrass character. It can be used for bittering, late-kettle flavour or aroma in ales and lagers.

How to use

Choose timing and quantity to match your recipe. Early additions contribute more bitterness; later or dry-hop additions emphasise aroma. Use the alpha-acid value printed on the actual pack for bitterness calculations.

Green Bullet can be a useful substitution starting point, but every crop and recipe differs. Recalculate bitterness and adjust by weight rather than swapping blindly.
