Two part sachet which removes the yeast cells and proteins from a fully fermented wash to prevent them contaminating your spirit while distilling.

Treats one 25l wash.

Ingredients: Water, Silicic Acid, Chitosan (Crustacean), Contains Sulphites.

4 Easy Steps:

1. Stir the wash vigorously to remove gas.
2. Add Part A of the sachet, stir well then leave for one hour.
3. After one hour, stir Part B of the sachet gently into the wash.
4. Leave for 24hrs then transfer the wash to your boiler. We recommend syphoning the wash to your boiler or transferring via the tap ensuring no yeast cells are moved to the boiler.
