Pure Distilling Spirit Carbon

An activated-carbon spirit enhancer added during fermentation to help adsorb impurities and produce a cleaner, smoother wash.

What to use with it

Massage the sachet to break up lumps, then add it with Pure Distilling Yeast or another suitable spirit yeast and stir well. After fermentation, use Pure Distilling Crystal Clear or Turbo Clear to remove carbon solids before distilling.

Helpful information

Carbon residue can be persistent; clean the fermenter with a suitable cleaner. Confirm the wash has cleared before processing and follow all equipment safety guidance and New Zealand law.
