Mangrove Jack’s M42 New World Strong Ale is a versatile top-fermenting yeast for ales of varying strength. Its relatively neutral fermentation profile lets malt and hop character remain prominent, making it useful for IPAs, porters and strong stouts.
Fermentation guidance
- Pack size: 10g
- Suitable for up to 23L
- Recommended fermentation range: 16–22°C
- Attenuation: high, approximately 77–82%
- Flocculation: very high
Sprinkle directly onto the wort and keep the unopened sachet refrigerated. Higher-gravity recipes may need additional yeast or nutrient support according to the recipe.
