Maltodextrin – 500g
Maltodextrin is a non fermentable sugar so is used in brewing to add flavour, body, mouthfeel and head retention to a brew.
Start with 100-150gms per 23L
Increase as necessary.
Use as well as your 1kg dextrose with cider, beer and ginger beer kits.
Can also be used in winemaking and for sweetening liqueurs.
