Lion Real Ale

Lion Real Ale is a full-bodied amber-brown beer with a malt-accented balance of lager, Crystal and Black malts plus Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops. The standard recipe produces approximately 4.5% ABV.

What to use with this kit

• Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 – 1kg: adds body while retaining a balanced finish.
• Dextrose – 1kg: produces a lighter, drier beer.

Typical analysis is approximately 21 IBU and 12 SRM. Use one fermentable option and follow the kit instructions for batch volume and fermentation.
