Lion Draught

Lion Draught is a balanced New Zealand draught-style beer kit with a light amber colour, approachable malt character and gentle bitterness. It is hopped with Green Bullet and Pacific Gem and includes lager, crystal and roasted malts.

• Approximate ABV: 4.5% when brewed with 1kg brewing sugar
• Bitterness: about 17 IBU
• Colour: about 6 SRM

What to use with this kit

Use 1kg brewing sugar for the classic lighter-bodied result. For more malt character and body, a malt-based enhancer can be used instead, provided its fermentable quantity suits the recipe.

Clean and sanitise all equipment, then follow the instructions supplied with the can and keep fermentation temperature steady.
