Kentucky Bourbon Oak – 100g

Wet ex-bourbon oak chips for adding barrel-derived oak and bourbon character to a neutral or bourbon-style spirit.

How to use

Add 10-15g per litre of spirit and allow about 10 days of contact. Taste during maturation and remove or filter the oak once the balance suits you; contact time is a guide because extraction varies with dose, temperature and preference.
