Wet ex-malt-whiskey oak chips for adding authentic barrel-derived oak, colour and whiskey character to spirit.

How to use

Add 10-15g per litre and allow around 10 days of contact as a starting point. Taste during maturation and remove or filter the oak when the balance suits you; extraction varies with dose, strength and temperature.
