Brick Road Light Malt is a 1.5kg liquid malt extract suited to pale ales, IPAs and other light-coloured beers. In a 23-litre batch it produces colour up to approximately 8 EBC and contributes about 1.012 gravity points.
How to use
Use it as the fermentable specified by your kit or recipe. One pouch can replace approximately 1.75kg of light base grain, making it useful for extract brewing or supplementing an all-grain recipe.
Helpful information
Dissolve thoroughly and avoid scorching. Final gravity, strength and colour depend on the complete recipe and batch volume.

- Brick Road Amber Malt – amber liquid malt for amber ales, APAs and English bitters.
- Brick Road Dark Malt – dark liquid malt for darker ales, porters and stouts.
- Brick Road Extra Light Malt – extra-light liquid malt for lager, pilsner, pale ale and IPA recipes.
- Brick Road Wheat Malt – wheat malt extract for wheat beers and compatible recipe building.
Important: Follow the directions and ingredient quantities for the exact kit or recipe you choose.
