Brick Road Hopped Light Malt is a 1.5kg hopped liquid malt extract for building pale ales, IPAs and other compatible light-coloured recipes with your selected yeast and additional fermentables.

Recipe contribution

In 23 litres: Light-gold colour up to approximately 8 EBC, low-to-medium bitterness of about 17 IBU and approximately 1.012 gravity points.
Equivalent contribution: About 1.75kg of light base grain plus bittering hops.

Use with a suitable unhopped liquid malt extract, dried malt extract or dextrose to reach the gravity and body required by your recipe. This is a brewing ingredient rather than a complete one-can beer kit.
