Brick Road DME Extra Light

A 1kg extra-light dry malt extract for lagers, pilsners, XPAs and pale ales, adding clean malt fermentables and body.

How to use

Use instead of dextrose or sugar for a fuller all-malt kit beer, or to increase gravity in extract or all-grain brewing. Dissolve carefully to prevent clumping and scorching.

Helpful information

Final strength and body depend on the complete recipe. Keep the opened powder dry and tightly sealed because DME absorbs moisture readily.
