Brick Road DME Amber is a 1kg unhopped dried malt extract suited particularly to amber, red and brown ales, while remaining useful in other compatible beer recipes.

How to use

Use it in place of dextrose, sugar or beer enhancer when a recipe calls for additional malt fermentables, or use it to increase gravity in an all-grain recipe. Mix thoroughly with water and follow the quantities specified by your beer kit or recipe.

Helpful information

This is a malt extract ingredient rather than a complete beer kit. Yeast, hops and any other additions depend on the recipe being brewed.
