Black Rock Crafted Coriander and Orange Witbier

A fruity wheat beer made with wheat and lager malts, traditional coriander and orange notes, and gentle hop bitterness.

Beer profile

The malt blend is approximately 52.8% wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt, with Green Bullet and Pacific Gem bittering hops. Typical colour is around 10 EBC and bitterness about 8 EBU.

What to use with this kit

For a fuller all-malt result, combine it with Black Rock Unhopped Wheat. Follow the can instructions for water volume, included yeast, fermentation and packaging.
