The Australian Shiraz Wine Kit will produce a dark ruby red wine, full bodied with rich tannins, balanced acidity and with a taste of the new world Shiraz grape. This kit can be drunk immediately after 7 days, but it will soften and produce an even better balance after another few weeks.

All ingredients you need are in the box, just add water to make 23 litres of delicious new world Shiraz style wine.

Australian Shiraz 7L Wine Kit Instructions: Add water up to 23L. – Add wine yeast (included) – Leave to ferment for 6 days. – Add stabiliser (included). – Your wine will be ready after just one more day.
