Alcotec Turbo 6 Production Pack – 6kg

A straightforward Alcotec production pack for a 6kg sugar wash. It uses the lower end of the Turbo 6 yeast’s stated 6–7kg sugar range, and the included Turbo Sugar already contains activated carbon.

Pack contents

• 1 × Alcotec Turbo 6 Yeast
• 3 × Still Spirits Turbo Sugar 2kg (6kg total)
• 1 × Alcotec Clear 24 Turbo Klar two-part finings

Why choose this pack?

Choose Turbo 6 for a general-purpose 6kg wash rather than the speed-led 24 or 48 Hour options. Under suitable conditions, the yeast is designed to ferment in approximately three days.

How to use

1. Prepare a wash of up to 25 litres using all three Turbo Sugar bags and follow the current Turbo 6 sachet directions.
2. Keep within the yeast’s stated 20–30°C fermentation range, with approximately 25°C preferred.
3. Confirm fermentation is complete and the specific gravity is stable, then degas thoroughly.
4. Add the two parts of Turbo Klar exactly as directed and allow approximately 24 hours to clear.

Allergen note: Turbo Klar contains chitosan. Customers with crustacean allergies should check the current packet label before use.
