Alcotec 48 Hour Turbo Yeast

Alcotec 48 Hour Turbo Yeast combines distilling yeast with nutrients for a fast 25L sugar wash.

Sugar and timing options

• Use 6kg sugar for approximately 14% ABV in about 48 hours.
• Use 8kg sugar for up to approximately 20% ABV over about five days.

Prepare the wash and pitch within the temperature range printed on the sachet; fermentation time varies with temperature. Allow the wash to finish fully before degassing and clearing.

Helpful addition

For faster settling after fermentation, use Alcotec Clear 24 Turbo Klar. Clearing is a separate step and is not included in this yeast sachet.
