Why choose this pack?

This pack follows the yeast’s 6kg method, designed to produce around 14% alcohol in approximately 48 hours under suitable conditions. It is not the separate 8kg, higher-alcohol method shown on the yeast packet, which takes longer.

How to use

1. Prepare the wash with all three Turbo Sugar bags and follow the current Pure 48 sachet instructions for water volume and temperature.
2. Allow fermentation to finish and confirm the specific gravity is stable.
3. Degas thoroughly, then add both parts of Turbo Klar in the sequence and timing shown on its packet.
4. Allow approximately 24 hours for clearing before carefully transferring the clear wash.

Allergen note: Turbo Klar contains chitosan. Customers with crustacean allergies should check the current packet label before use.
