• BrewMaster Potassium Metabisulphite is available for appropriate wine-making uses.
• BrewMaster Sodium Metabisulphite is a separate option and should not be treated as automatically interchangeable.
• Keep cleaning and sanitising supplies separate: clean first, then sanitise.
• Measure additions accurately for the real batch volume.

Check the wine-kit instructions before adding anything extra, as many kits already contain the required processing sachets.
