Wine Nutrient – 23.5g

A diammonium-phosphate-based nutrient complex that supports healthy yeast performance in grape and other fruit-juice wines.

Directions

Add the full 23.5g sachet to 15-23 litres of juice or must and stir well to dissolve. Pitch the selected wine yeast and ferment according to its instructions. Nutrient supports fermentation but does not replace sound sanitation or temperature control.

This 23.5g nutrient complex is portioned for 15–23L. Also available are a 5g DAP wine nutrient, 100g DAP wine nutrient and Vintner’s Harvest 100g wine nutrient.
