Top Shelf Wild Eagle Bourbon

Still Spirits Top Shelf Wild Eagle Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon-style flavouring with a malty oak character, smooth vanilla and spice notes.

How to mix

1. Shake the 50ml bottle well.
2. Add the contents to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
3. Mix thoroughly and bottle.

Makes three 750ml bottles. This flavouring contains barley and milk ingredients.

Helpful addition

For a deeper oak finish, mature the mixed spirit with Essencia Bourbon Barrel Chips. Taste periodically and remove the chips once the oak character reaches your preference.
