Top Shelf Violet Gin combines violet and lavender aromas with juniper, spice and citrus. Its vivid colour and sweet floral profile work well in a simple gin and tonic, spritz or cocktail.

• Base strength: 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka

What else you will need

Shake well, add the full bottle to 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka, then mix thoroughly. No sugar or liqueur base is required.
