Top Shelf Spiced Whiskey Liqueur creates a Scottish-style herbal liqueur built around whiskey, honey and warming spice notes. It was previously sold as Skyebuie.

What else you will need

Combine the essence with 850ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit and a prepared Top Shelf Liqueur Base B, then top up with water to 1.125L.

The label also gives a scratch alternative using sugar and liquid glucose. Base B is the straightforward option for achieving the intended sweetness and texture.
