Top Shelf Pineapple Schnapps

A clean, fresh pineapple schnapps flavouring for making 1.125 litres of finished liqueur.

What else you will need

Mix the flavouring with 650ml of 40% ABV neutral alcohol and a prepared pack of Top Shelf Schnapps Base, then top up to 1.125 litres with water. Mix thoroughly and rest before serving.
