A clean, fresh pineapple schnapps flavouring for making 1.125 litres of finished liqueur.

What else you will need

Mix the flavouring with 650ml of 40% ABV neutral alcohol and a prepared pack of Top Shelf Schnapps Base, then top up to 1.125 litres with water. Alternatively, use 180ml sugar and 100ml liquid glucose in place of the base. Mix thoroughly and rest before serving.
