Top Shelf Melon Liqueur makes a light green schnapps-style drink with a delicate honeydew melon flavour. Serve chilled, over ice or as a fruit-forward cocktail ingredient.

What else you will need

Mix the essence with 650ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit and a prepared Top Shelf Schnapps Base, then top up with water to 1.125L. Follow the current bottle and base-pack directions.

As a scratch alternative to the base, the product directions specify 180ml sugar and 100ml liquid glucose. The dedicated Schnapps Base is the simpler option for achieving the intended sweetness and texture.
