Top Shelf Marula

Top Shelf Marula is a cream-liqueur flavouring with the distinctive fruit character associated with southern African marula berries. It makes a smooth, creamy drink suited to serving chilled, over ice or in desserts.

What else you will need

For the standard method, combine this flavouring with 500ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit and the appropriate portion of Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base, prepared according to its pack instructions. Top up to 1.125 litres with water.

The alternative fresh-cream method uses 200ml sugar, 500ml cream and 500ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit, topped up to 1.125 litres with water. Refrigerate a fresh-cream version and use it promptly.
