Create a full-flavoured Jamaican dark rum-style spirit with rich caramel and deep, rounded character. Still Spirits Top Shelf Jamaican Dark Rum is a 50ml flavouring made in New Zealand.
Mixing instructions
Shake well, then add the full bottle to 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. This makes three 750ml bottles.

- 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
Helpful additions
- For additional barrel character, mature to taste with Plantation Rum Barrel Chips – 100g. This is optional, so taste periodically while ageing.
- PET Spirit Bottle & Cap – 750ml provides a convenient bottle for the finished spirit.
