Top Shelf Honey Bourbon

Create a smooth bourbon-style spirit with a rounded, sweet honey character. Still Spirits Top Shelf Honey Bourbon is a 50ml flavouring designed for neutral spirit or vodka.

What you will need

• 220g sugar
• 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka

How to use

1. Shake the flavouring bottle well.
2. Combine the complete contents with 220g of sugar.
3. Add neutral spirit or vodka and make up to a total volume of 2.25 litres.
4. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness carefully to taste if desired.

Makes: Three 750ml bottles.
