What else you will need
- Top Shelf Liqueur Base A
- 620ml of 40% neutral spirit or vodka
Prepare Base A as directed, add the Hazelnut flavouring and neutral spirit, then top up with water to 1.125L. Mix thoroughly and allow the flavour to integrate before serving.
