Top Shelf Coffee Maria

A rich rum-and-coffee liqueur flavouring for making 1.125 litres of finished liqueur.

What else you will need

Combine the flavouring with 645ml of 40% ABV neutral alcohol and a prepared pack of Top Shelf Liqueur Base A, then top up to 1.125 litres with water. Alternatively, use 200ml sugar and 80ml liquid glucose in place of the base. Mix well and allow the flavour to settle before serving.
