Top Shelf Butterscotch Schnapps

Still Spirits Top Shelf Butterscotch Schnapps is a rich schnapps-style flavouring with prominent butterscotch notes. It is made with a measured amount of neutral spirit and a prepared schnapps base, rather than simply adding the bottle to 2.25L.

What else you will need

• One Still Spirits Top Shelf Schnapps Base, made up according to its packet instructions
• 650ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka
• Water for topping up

How to mix

Shake the flavouring well. Add the full 50ml bottle and 650ml of 40% neutral spirit to the prepared Schnapps Base, then top up to 1.125L with water and mix thoroughly.

Alternative butterscotch schnapps essence

• Edwards Butterscotch Schnapps makes approximately 1.4 litres using 850ml spirit, sugar and water. It does not use this Top Shelf Schnapps Base recipe, so follow the selected product’s instructions.
