Top Shelf Black Sambuca

Still Spirits Top Shelf Black Sambuca is a distinctive purple liqueur flavouring with strong aniseed and delicate liquorice notes.

What else you will need

• One Top Shelf Liqueur Base A, prepared as directed
• 790ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka
• Water for topping up

How to mix

Shake the 50ml flavouring bottle, combine it with the prepared Base A and 790ml neutral spirit, then top up to 1.125L with water. Mix well and allow the flavour to settle before serving.
