Mixing instructions

Shake well, combine the bottle with 270g sugar, then top up to 2.25 litres with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Stir until the sugar dissolves. The batch makes three 750ml bottles; vary the sugar slightly to suit your preferred sweetness.
